Q.Where can I have Hummus in Japan？

A.You can have hummus at vegetarian restaurants or delis. But there are few vegetarian restaurants in Japan, and it's hard to find hummus.
Ethinic restaurants may have hummus. Greek one, Turkish one, or Israel one. Hummus is popular overseas, so it'll be popular here in Japan too!

Thier hummus comes with thin bread. The hummus is spicy. Olives are on it. I like that style, helping yourself rapping hummus! This restaurant is kind of high quality. I like their beer too! When you wanna relax yourself, this place will be good!

I made friends with the owner, the man from Israel. He came to Japan 10 years ago just because he fell in love with Japanese girls in a movie! Amazing! He has no girl friend though. The deli is open only weekdays, and just in the afternoon. He told me,"Because I wanna go home early." Anyway, he's a good guy, so visit him early in the afternoon!

Their hummus is exactly ethinical! You can see a exotic woman with ethnic clothing. The hummus comes with bread like focaccia. Croquette of Chickpea, farafel was good too.

A vegan restaurant. I'd been working just because I loved the hummus! I really liked the atomospere in Omotesando. The hummus comes as a sandwich. The bread of the sandwich was natural bread, no egg and no milk! The hummus had bazil taste. The sandwich was big enough for men. The toppings of the sandwich were lettice, tomato, grilled eggplant, sliced onion. Nayonaise, like mayonaise made of soybeans.

A vegetarian restaurant among mountains. This cafe is the first vegatarian restaurant in Japan. They import organic stuff from the US. Their hummus comes with pita bread, petti tomato and lettice.Very healthy! I saw the owner, Jack. He's so nice that he gave me advice for my life!

I and my friend from the same school tried hummus. Their hummus was with pita bread and pickles. The hummus had tahini taste too much, and did not taste like potato salad. Too much oil. I loved their beagles.

Burger Shop. They have delivery service. I liked their bread. Their hummus was too plain for me. It has just mayonaise taste. It'll be better with more spices.

Their sandwich was big! It's like Cafe 8's sandwich! The hummus was just a little bit inside the sandwich, so I couldn't enjoy that much. But I liked their interior. They often change. This time, they had some drawings of girls. They had some soy-based drinks!

They have two kinds of hummus. Salad and main dish. I ordered both of them, and they thought I was crazy(^ ^). I expected hummus should be like paste, but thier hummus was boiled chickpea. The salad was good. I had coliander and balsamico tasite. The main was boiled chickpea and sausages with tomato sauce.
