A.Dip of chickpea. It originally comes from middle east or Mediterranean region. An exotic blend of pureed chickpeas, lemon, sesame tahini, oil, and spices with added flavors such as roasted garlic, roasted red peppers, scallion and dill.

Hummus is usually topping of sandwiches. I love bagles and pita bread with hummus. You can enjoy hummus with cracker or vegetable sticks. I sometimes enjoy it with steamed rice and seaweed! Sushi style!!

Many restaurats and cafes in the U.S have vegan or vegetarian menu. You can have hummus in vegan menu, especially in deli. I tried hummus at some restaurants. I like bagles with hummus!

Chich pea. They are originally from Egypt. They are called chickpea in English. They are called Hiyokomame in Japanese. I love their figure because they look like real chicks!
They tastes like mashed potato. I like curry with chickpea!
